This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Liveo Kirkland website, for what purposes, how long we keep it, and what your rights are under Québec's Law 25 (the Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information).

Information we collect
We collect only the information needed for the purposes described below:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, processed through our provider HubSpot to respond to your request.
- Booking: the information you provide to book a visit, processed through Calendly.
- Analytics cookies (optional): with your consent, we use Google Tag Manager and PostHog to understand site usage and improve it. These cookies are only activated after you accept them in the cookie banner.
Purposes
We use your information to respond to your requests, schedule and confirm visits, send you the information you requested and, if you consent, to measure and improve the performance of the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep your information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to meet our legal obligations, after which it is destroyed or anonymized. Information related to a contact or visit request is kept for the duration of the relationship and a reasonable period thereafter.
Your rights (Law 25)
Under Quebec Law 25 and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have, among others, the following rights:
- Access: obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Rectification: have inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information corrected.
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your consent to analytics cookies or other consent-based processing at any time.
- Complaint: file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if you believe your rights have not been respected.
